  • Block & Brick Construction – Matched the existing materials to maintain visual consistency.

  • Structural Openings – Created large openings for bi-fold doors and open-plan interior flow.

They wanted a bright, open interior with a modern kitchen, natural light, and functional storage throughout. Accessibility and layout flow were key.

The extension completely changed how the family used their home—adding space, flow, and comfort. It now features a modern, bright open-plan area, practical ground-floor facilities, and a well-integrated second storey.

  • Plastering, Flooring & Painting – Completed all interior finishes to a high standard.
  • Kitchen Prep & Utilities – Prepared the area for kitchen installation, with plumbing and electrics.
  • Windows & Bi-fold Doors – Fitted large glazing for natural light and garden access.
  • Downstairs WC Installation – Created a fully fitted, accessible WC under the new staircase.
